The towels are very old and the floor carpet are very old have not good smell. The air condition is not good. They donot arrange the room everyday even I asked to do they dodnot do. Not near to restaurants or shopping mall.

Hotel is not in city center. But close to business center that called istoc. If you have things to do there , it can be good option

Very bad hotel,it was too hot , i couldn't sleep the ac was not working they send me a fan , i informed them about ac issue but they didn't respond curtains was dirty , windows was too dirty , no one will help you to get your luggage i asked them 3 times to bring toilet paper but they didnt respond , i've never expect i will face this bad service in a 4stars hotel

Hotel services are very poor staff at the guest realtion and receptionists have almost no command in English and it seems that the hotel hires only cheap non sompetent.empliyees ..

I was satisfied with the hotel experience, but I cannot say the same for trip.com. they took extra money from me by not calculating in turkish lira

Good and clean

The worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. The place is far away, the staff are very bad, their behavior is very rude, and they do not have luggage service. I mean, you take your bags to the room and drop them off, and the reception staff speak arrogantly. The rooms are all dirty and dusty, the bed is dirty, the curtains and carpets are dirty, and there is a smell. The room is bad and there are insects in the room and on the bed such as cockroaches. They do not have a valet service. When I asked the receptionist about parking my car and taking my bags to the room, he responded to me in a rude manner. You parked your car and took your bags to your room and asked the reception for towels for the shower at 11pm. I received the towels at 9am. I do not recommend. Someone can reserve it.

The location is nice and the rooms are nice, just a little troubled about smoking, overall very nice

Everything is very good, but the bathroom and the room are very dirty, except for the beds, and the bathroom is faulty, the taps are not working, the hair dryer is not working.
