he staff, particularly Liza, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel truly welcome throughout my visit. The level of cleanliness in the hotel was impeccable, and it was evident that they prioritize maintaining a pristine environment. The breakfast provided was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Overall, my experience was fantastic, thanks to the friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, and satisfying breakfast offerings at the Grand Lark Hotel.

My trip to Istanbul, which I went for a short time for business and travel purposes, was wasted because of a hotel. What happened to me at the Grand Lark Hotel in Istanbul, where I stayed between February 12 and February 24; 1- Although I asked for my clothes to be washed on February 16th, they were still told that they were not washed or dried, etc. On the evening of February 18th, I was told that my clothes were thrown in the trash. I was told that you should take the same clothes and we will cover your losses. My clothes were thrown away, my losses were never compensated. I was a victim in Istanbul. On Sunday, during my holiday, I took a taxi, bought the same clothes I had thrown away, and had them tailor-made. I brought it to the hotel and left the receipts. Even though they are hotel owners, the people whose vision is socks worth 5 TL, examined my clothes when I went to work from the hotel and were obsessed with my socks worth 70 TL. My losses were not compensated, my losses are not just clothes and anything worth paying for, I go to Istanbul for travel and business and we are demoralized and put in bad situations by the hotel owner and staff. 2- A hair dryer was stuck under the mirror in the bathroom at the hotel. When I pulled the hair dryer out after the shower, the mirror fell into my hand and was cut, the separate glass was broken, I called the hotel staff and showed them the situation, they accepted that it was their fault, but they added it to my account when I checked out of the hotel. In short, a hotel can only ruin a holiday so much. It should never be preferred.
