Location perfect service was good Clean very bad with my 2 room experience

We stayed on the basement floor with no window, but it was a bit noisy, and they don't give toothpaste and a toothbrush so you should bring yours, otherwise, the location was good near with station, it was a clean room with AC and an affordable price.

The staff so friendly

Even though the room does not have a window, everything was correct. Clean, comfortable and with very friendly people serving at reception. The views from the terrace on the top floor are very good since you can see the entire square. The surrounding environment is very good with many places to eat and shop that are open until late.

I stayed at this hotel since it had good reviews... But to our surprise upon arrival, they gave us a room specifically 302, which is on the 1st floor, as if it were a basement, inside the room you have the noisy boiler of water that doesn't let you sleep, and just above the room you can't stop hearing the incessant noises of people passing by and the honking of car horns... The first night we couldn't sleep for a minute, and then The next day we went to the receptionist to tell him about the situation so that he could put us in another room so we could rest, who ignored us and without even trying to search, told us that there were no more free rooms... I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE THERE ARE MANY BETTER HOTELS FOR LESS PRICE. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!

Very nice hotel , can tell it’s a new building! Rooms are spacious, with a small kitchen and the best view just in front of taksim square mosque ! Location was perfect to move around Istanbul, with Galata tower and other touristy places just 20/30 minutes walking! The staff was so nice and even if they changed the breakfast policy with short notice that didn’t change the good feeling we had about it! Would recommend 100% Thanks !
