Reception, a man was angry. My internet was disconnected every 2 minutes and I should connect again. I asked them to help me but they were angry.

dirty floor, smelly room, poor breakfast, absent shower cabin door, malfunctioning toilet lid — embarrassing for such a price and rank.

Good welcome, good service, clean room but there are unbearable smells of sewage in the room.

Very unfriendly, breakfast very, very bad coffee machine broken. Cleanliness is not the best either. The rating is very high

It was a good hotel. As we stayed for a week. The staff was so friendly. Especially Ali as receptionist. He was so kind. And so helpful. According to the pool & spa. It was too clean. The only thing i hated about this hotel was air conditioning system. They have to fix it. As long as I was there a lot of guests reported about this problem. And they didn't care about it. Deserving 4 stars.

The rooms are terrible. the staff is deceiving, they stole my jacket, they charged me an additional 40 euros for changing the room. think before booking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The pool was excellent and the rooms were tidy and clean. The service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly pleasant throughout our entire stay. The only suggestion would be to offer a slightly larger breakfast selection. Overall, highly recommended!

I never saw such a bad hotel in my life. Staff on the reception is very rude, not unfriendly but rude. Woman that speak barely English was shouting at me that I have to leave the room. I saw to her 10 times that my check out is next day but she was repeating again and again that I have to leave!! Hotel room is very dark “basement” with no place to put your luggage. When I asked to change the room, because my family in law had way better room they told me all the rooms are the same. Breakfast is very poor and 9:30 you don’t have what you eat and drink. Hard egg? Sorry finished, juice? No we have just water, juice finished. :-D

No cooperative staff i told them to change the room and no response AC didn't work My kids didn't enjoy the staying their Clean sheet but once you open the window no privacy because close building toghter

Dear All I do not recommend you at all to stay on this hotel the room is very small where there is no place to walk just open the door and sleep directly 🤣 where all the guests on the reception complaining and asking to change the room with no luck because all the room is very small Other point when you open the window you will see other window just 15 cm where you will listen to all the conversation on other room very noisy it's my fifth trip to istanbul and unfortunately the worst hotel selection no advantages to stay on this are and this hotel the area is very crowded and taxis usually request much money on this are to move from place to another

Hotel 7 minutes from the tram, very clean and functional. The swimming pool is heated and not very busy (burkini allowed) Breakfast rather salty, not very sweet but that's normal because in Turkey in the morning we eat salty foods. The only downside is that despite good soundproofing in the rooms, you can still expect traffic in the street; bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. Housekeeping and reception staff really helpful and smiling, the rest are like most Turkish traders, unsmiling and rude.
