Rude staff and bad smelling I prefer book the another hotel

Well located near Galata Tower and excellent value for money. The staff were always friendly and helpful. They would often ask me if I needed anything extra. Ahmet was especially friendly and enjoyed a morning chat. He also gave great information about the tours and directions to places. The room was a good size, with plenty of space to store your belongings and the bathroom was nice.

Not a great experience, but mine is not yours.

The location is good - 10 minutes from the main ferry station Karakoy, very close to the old fish market spot. Room was small with strange wooden beds made from euro pellets, but tidy. There is no any breakfast, however a nice cafe is located on the corner down the street with perfect lentil soup and bread with cheese. Try it!

It was a good hotel overall. When I opened the window, the inside was completely visible from the outside, so I had to keep the curtains closed all the time, and there was a door connecting to the next room, so I could hear the neighbors' voices and sounds. Even so, these two points bothered me, but the shower had enough water pressure and temperature, and there was plenty of soap. The staff were polite and left a good impression, and the room was generally clean.

Poor cleaning of the rooms. Hair on the floor. No toiletries (only slippers). You have to wait a long time to wash in hot water.

The stylish atmosphere was nice. The staff were also very helpful. The only disappointment was that the auto-lock function on the room door was broken.

We stayed for 3 days, the staff is great, the cleanliness is excellent, the location is also good on weekdays in the morning there are cafes for workers nearby, very tasty and cheap. I definitely recommend it. The room is not big, for 2 it's ok. The price matches the quality. ♥️

We visited this hotel in December. I liked the location, the whole center is at your fingertips. The room was cleaned every day, the only negative was that it could use some cosmetic renovations. There were some dirty walls, but overall it was great to stay here!

The hotel corresponds to the price. The rooms are small but cozy, everything you need for your stay is there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The location is convenient - 5-7 minutes from the Galata Bridge or from Istiklal Street. I gave it 10 points for location. The only street looks “scary” at night.

The room is just like the picture, very close to the sea. The boss is very nice and very enthusiastic. Bring your own sandals, adapters, toothpaste and toothbrush. The only drawback is that the wifi signal in our room is not good, and the signal must be sufficient at the door of the room. The room decoration is retro, I like it very much. The elevator is very unique.
