The most cost-effective hotel in Istanbul The Bosphorus Strait is right outside the hotel Quiet location Comfortable environment Rich hotel facilities The entire mountain is the hotel area More than three swimming pools Bars and restaurants are available It takes two days to enjoy such a good hotel Semi-buffet breakfast Dinner is hard to get a seat Welcome fruits and macarons are particularly delicious Excellent service Five-star recommendation I recommend friends who go to Istanbul to go to this hotel

The hotel is very beautiful, has wonderful views, and the service and cleanliness are excellent

The shower room floor drain was broken. Before going to bed, the shower water overflowed outside, and my shoes and clothes were all wet. I called the hotel to tell them, but the hotel did not give a reasonable solution. There was no apology or explanation throughout the process. They just asked the maintenance worker to fix it and the waiter to clean up. They came in and out in the middle of the night without considering the customer's feelings. We asked to change to another room, but they were still reluctant. Finally, they gave me an extra bed room. I spent 4,500 to sleep on a very small extra bed. The room was not soundproofed at all. There was a lot of noise from cars on the road outside. The waiter would not take the initiative to take the luggage. It was not worth the price at all. The overall experience was very bad. Beware of thunder.

The hotel room was beautiful but different from the promotional photos. For example, there seemed to be a bathtub in the photos, but we encountered an ordinary shower with the shower cabin system you know. The efficiency with hot water in the bathroom is poor. If we compare it with the price quality index, the room price is quite expensive. Scalini restaurant is successful in terms of food/quality/price index…

First and foremost the service. Especially Mr Doghan (at the Chef Erdal Restaurant) was so caring and delicate, dedicated and kind with our family. He deserves to be a manager at the hotel. Its thanks to people like him that one wants to go back to the hotel or a restaurant. We also loved the pool on top of the premises. It makes you feel special and refreshed. Thanks everyone for making our holiday feel like real magic.

This resort is one of a kind hidden gem. Exceptional spa and views. Service was immaculate and we cant thank 'Nil' from guest services was so helpful. She made the massage and dinner experiences booking. It was a wonderful stay. Definitely shall go back to this hidden gem.

I like here, Six senses in Istanbul actually did an experience more than expected, I enjoy here and will be back next time. I fully agrees the concept of Six senses which are sustainable and environmental friendly. Also I strongly recommend you a spa here which also impressed me a lot.

we enjoyed staying at the resort: beautiful landscape, i loved the infinity pool blending with the Bosphorus, rooms were spacious. our favorite restaurant was Toro - very tasty food, interesting flavors, beautiful presentation! Nice cocktails!!! i had read about outstanding breakfast at the resort - all true, great selection, delicious. thank you, Valeria, for your awesome service!

This is simply a wonderful Hotel. It presents beautifully and everything was spot on. The Hotel offers so much in regard to Restaurants and the Spa and pool areas were delightful. All of the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Dogon at breakfast is a lovely chap and he made sure we were well looked after every morning. Big thanks to Nil in guest relations who is quite simply the ultimate professional. I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough

We celebrated our wedding here when the hotel was first opened and came back for the first time now with our son. Some changes have happened, but overall it’s still a wonderful place to stay in Istanbul. We felt very well taken care. The spa is incredible, views and rooms unbeatable, and staff is so helpful. Wish I could name them all, because they are all so helpful. Fatih in Scalini restaurant really went out of his way to ensure we (and our son) had lovely evenings!

Beautiful hotel and surroundings. The infinity pool and view from spa was superb. Restaurants were delicious and the food was of a high standard. Staff was very attentive and helpful. The spa was sadly out of order, so didn't got to experience the Turkish steam room and sauna.

Very nice property and beautifully designed. A stunning remodel of waterfront mansions. The service was not quite what one would expect from a six senses property and predominantly seem to be run by a very young and possibly inexperienced staff. Because I was here during April a couple of the restaurants were closed unfortunately. There are five venues in the hotel however I was only able to have lunch in a small café on my arrival?? Did have a great dinner at the Spanish restaurant. The layout of the property is a bit deceiving online per the photos and maps as the grass and spa area are quite a ways away from the main buildings up at the top of the hill and require a buggy ride but once there a lovely spot with great views. The manager was open to hearing some criticisms regarding staff and service. Hopefully they can work on their service prior to the busy travel period of the year.
