Hotel Bosfora Plus Reviews

Very nice

This hotel is on a hillside. The room is small and generally OK. The biggest problem is that it is on the uphill side of the road. The roar of many motorcycles climbing up the road is too loud and noisy. Service attitude is not bad. It takes half an hour to walk from the hotel to the beach. The main problem is that there are too many steps and slopes and my legs hurt after walking.

The rooms were not really like the pictures, the water we were given was not good. After two days we got a gastrointestinal illness from drinking water, as it had probably been in the plastic container in the storage rooms for too long. The kettle was not clean, so we couldn't boil the water properly. The bed sheets were only changed twice within 7 days, and there were still stains there. The mini fridge was definitely unusable as it smelled so bad and dripped. We wanted to change our booking after the first night, but we wouldn't have gotten a refund, so we stayed. All in all, it wasn't a good place to stay, but the staff were nice. Breakfast wasn't the best either. As for the location, it's right on a hill and it takes a long time to walk to the center or you can just take a taxi. There is no roof terrace, no real balconies, but more of the French style, which makes you afraid of heights on the 6th floor. This is for those who are smokers.

Very friendly service and staff. They help you a lot. The rooms are very clean and tidy. I can only recommend it.

Burak is really good thanks for all the management team. They tried everything for our comfort and beautiful staying in Bosfora. Location is very unique and close to all places. We will comeback again and I will recommend this hotel to my iranian friends.

This is the second time we have stayed here and every time it has been very pleasant. My mum was getting surgery across the road so we stayed here and Burak made her feel very comfortable, reassuring her that many people had the same thing and she shouldn't feel embarrassed. The rest of the staff are lovely and very attentive too. Hotel is clean and the TV's come with Netlfix!

Very nice hotel, very welcoming and helpful, would recommend staying here, central to most places, Burak is a fantastic guy who helped us out a lot. The rest of the staff are very attentive too and the waiter is a very nice person. The TV's have Netflix too.

The hotel location is ( sisli/ fulla ) was very noisy but if you are coming for some reason you can understand why is very crowded, because everything is close to here. Breakfast was very vell staff was helpful also there was a +1 star ( MR. Burak ) that is why everything was perfect. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We came from UK / London for dentist with my lovely wife, everything was perfect the staff was very kind especially MR. Burak was so good he helped me to much, for area for food for all the recommendations I was very happy. Thanks again Burak, wish you best.

Staff was so friendly and very helpful especially my good friend BURAK HELPFUL with airport transport and then been always professional. If I speak about location it was little bit hilly but when you choose taxies around early in the morning always better and staff gonna help you. See you guys. Highly recommended.

Me and my wife stayed at Bosfora plus, Burak and the rest of the staff were very helpful and very friendly, and everything was perfect as people said... if we come to Istanbul again we will definitely will stay at Bosfora plus. Thank you for your special effort Mr Burak
