The hotel is effectively an island in a sea of rubble. The roads are too dangerous to walk anywhere from the hotel. The hotel does not provide any outside seating, even the pool is indoor. The large reception / seating area has too few areas to sit. Some of the reception staff were very helpful but others seemed to go out of their way to be awkward. Laundry is expensive! Breakfast lacks protein options, just eggs and sausage. The rooms are comfortable however the shower in over the bath and there is a significant marble surround to negotiate into and out of the bath. The hotel doesn’t provide any documentation on sites of interest and it’s a 30 min taxi to reach the old town.

The reception not welcome person, the location also very comfortable to reach anywhere else, the breakfast very poor, a lot of yogurts but for vegans only salat, tomatoes, cucumbers. For sure not for vegans. It was a big jacuzzi but it was not possible to use it because the button to switch shower didn’t work and it was started to smell bad. At the night time impossible to reach to the reception. The price not suits with service. Not recommend.

Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You will definitely need taxi or car . Water pressure is not good in bathroom and toilets. They have NESPRESSO coffee machines but no capsules

To be honest, the hotel staff rarely smile, I wonder why?

Health: Not bad Facilities: A bit old, shower head produces little water Environment: There is StarCity about ten minutes’ walk away, and the sound insulation is poor.

Bathroom Silicone is old and tattered. The bathroom door didn't close properly so I thought I would get hurt. Insincere attitude when making inquiries from employees The location is not good and I don't want to stay there or recommend it.

The hotel service was very poor. We stayed from October 1st to 4th, but when we came back the next day, we found that the hotel did not help with cleaning. We went to the front desk to find someone, and the service attitude was not good, which made our experience very bad. Therefore We checked out a day early and asked for a reply

This hotel is really speechless. It actually deducted more than 7,800 of my room fee repeatedly. After it was clarified that it was a repeated deduction, the process has gone through for a month and a half, and there has been no news yet! Absolutely bad review!
