Mercure Istanbul West Hotel & Convention Center Reviews

We loved the amenities of the hotel. They took carefully our request. I'd like to point out two things; we asked for 2 pax breakfast package for early check-out. Although they promised to do it so, the night shift didn't even have any idea regarding the breakfast package. The hotel's entrance is located on the right side of the Pullman and due to there is no sign for the entrance, it is a little difficult to find it.

An excellent, clean and quiet hotel. The rooms are large and clean, and the behavior of the staff is very excellent, especially the employee Noura. She was very respectful and provided us with assistance in the hotel. I recommend visiting the hotel.
