I really like it. I traveled with my friends. The service staff were very professional and considerate. It left me with very good memories of my trip to Turkey!

The location is also great, especially the uguru who lifted the luggage? I can't remember the name, but I can't forget his smile There was no heh I went on January 24th, but uguru that bellboy.. I really can't forget it. The location was really good!! Close to Taksim Square

We had an enjoyable stay here during our visit to Istanbul. It is located in the vibrant part of the city, but noises are quite well insulated. Rooms are well cleaned daily, nicely designed and spacious. Friendly and helpful staffs made our stay all the more memorable. Special thanks to the team, Nadeem & Gurkan.

Great location, clean and tidy rooms, top-notch service and good amenities. Stayed in this property twice. One time for 8 nights and then again for 4 nights. Satisfied and happy with everything. Also, Mr. Gorkan was very helpful and welcoming.

In a great location, wonderful and very helpful staff (from reception to housekeeping), the apartment had everything I needed and was very relaxing, it felt like home immediately. I went to work remotely for a break from the office and this was the perfect spot to do so, though would also be perfect for a sight seeing trip. I only wish I could have stayed longer!

This is the most amazing super luxurious accomodation in Istanbul..located on the corner of Istiklal street makes it so much easier to get to all the main attractions. The staff are awesome. Every single staff member from the doorman/ concierge to reception and cleaning services are superb. Much appreciation to Mr Huseyin who helped so graciously and kindly with bookings and planning prior to arrival. Gentleman at reception that checked us in was so kind and helpful. This establishment is unique and far exceeds 5 star world class hotel standards. Will definitely be back. Thank you to the awesome staff of Sentire Hotel for your service..will miss this beautiful establishment and staff.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Istanbul. Accessing it is extremely easy and everything a tourist wants is within walking distance. From restaurants to cafes, shops, antiques etc. The metro station is 3 minutes away. The staff is extremely nice and professional.

Horrible experience, have no empathy, once they take your money they no longer care and will even have issues speaking to you in English. I booked this hotel for our anniversary and it got ruined, will never stay here again, not can I recommend it.

Excellent hotel/ residence with really comfortable rooms. The staff are all fantastic too, my personal favorite was Ugur. He was an absolute star throughout our stay. He always went the extra mile and made our holiday wonderful. The location couldn't get any better too. It's located right on Istiklal street and there is plenty to do in the area. The only thing that could improve is the lighting in the room. I found it to be dull and a bit challenging to do my makeup. Also, if there could be full-length mirrors in the room, that'd be awesome. Overall, great stay! I'd def recommend this hotel to others!

I rarely leave reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to. This is actually the second time we have stayed here. Both times the service was excellent. The guys at reception are always really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The place is really clean and it always smells nice. There is some noise at times from the night life but I guess you would get that in many places on Istiklal. It’s also only a 5 minute walk from the Metro. We felt genuinely welcome here. On this trip I actually lost my Passport for the first time in my Life! And on the day I was travelling! It was such a traumatic event, but the guys at reception spent hours with me calling embassies, allowing me to use the phone, the computer and arranging another room for me. I could not have asked for anymore. I would certainly recommend this place and we WILL be back.
