Very good location, welcoming staff and great service. I felt like home and very good breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The smell of the toilet was not very nice. Also the employees were not very helpful when you ask questions

A typical five-star hotel with luxurious decoration and spacious rooms with double beds
Rich buffet breakfast and good dinner
Free use of swimming pool and spa facilities
The only downside is that the location is relatively remote, located in the industrial area, far away from the main attractions, you need to take two subway transfers

The hotel is located near the Istanbul otoğar bus station. The Bayrampaşa metro station is a 15-minute walk away. . There are no complaints to the hotel, the service is excellent, a wonderful breakfast. A Russian-speaking girl Almira works in the Guest relation. Resolves all questions. Very friendly and sweet.

It's a perfect hotel. I was very happy to have made my stay in this hotel before:)
