It was a great experience. All the hotel staffs were very helpful. Mr Chem and Mr Hassan including the other reception staffs were accommodating and they gave directions and other tips regarding the local life. I will definitely stay there again

Everything is fine except the cleaning which is sloppy, we don't fold your clothes we don't put them away for you, and especially sometimes I had to ask that we come and do the cleaning otherwise we don't come, no Netflix in the rooms, breakfast forget it, it is better to take without, otherwise the Hotel is beautiful, spacious and beautiful rooms, everything is side by side on foot

The price is very high. In the most prosperous part of Istanbul, it is very close to various attractions. The breakfast is very rich, and there are many local specialties. At night, you can go downstairs to the seaside. You can try the local sea-view restaurant. The prices are generally very low.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel very much. Despite the good reception and spacious rooms, it is a nice hotel with a rooftop breakfast. I still choose to give it 3 stars. In fact, we saw a wall. Every day we took the stairs that were never vacuumed (and had not been cleaned for a few days), the water in the shower was not hot or cold and the TV was not vacuumed. The connection problem at the hotel did not work (even if we were not there to watch). I think for a 4 * hotel, the negative factors mentioned above should not exist. It is still a beautiful hotel with pleasant staff.

The staff are excellent here. The breakfast is amazing. The restaurant area is beautiful and the area is perfect. The ONLY thing that made the stay uncomfortable is the size of the room that I booked. There is literally no room to open up your suitcase and open the door simultaneously. The room is so small that you have to step over your suitcase to get to the bathroom. But, everything else about the room (cleanliness, amenities, quality of mattress and furniture) are great.

Nice hotel. Tasty breakfast with a stunning view one side sea and other side Galata tower. Friendly staff, manager was very helpful.

We had an excellent stay at the Ferman Port hotel. The staff were wonderful! So polite and friendly. Kerem was lovely, always greeting us and helped us with our baggage. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety and great views of the Bosphours. Rooms were clean and kept in good condition. Would definitely be staying here again. Only issue we had was the water was leaking from the shower onto the bathroom floor. Other than that, an excellent stay!

Beautiful lobby hotel, the hotel is located in a small street. I will just suggest to make sure the windows are well working since one of them in the room wasn't closing well, so you can pretty much hear everything outside. Hotel have a beautiful rooftop view for the breakfast at the last floor of the hotel. The room itself is big and nice, well decorated, very clean. What I will suggest though for a 4 star hotel, is to provide in the room : cup of glasses for toothbrush, bottle of water (they only provided very small cup of water) but you can go at the lobby room to fill in yourself water in your bottle since there is a place to get coffee, hot chocolate all the time :) Room service was missing as well, like having suggestions to get food ordered at your room. The gym room is a bit outdated. The breakfast was big, with plenty of foods and choices. The staff people are very helpful and nice.

The location is great. We were able to walk to many places, at the same time, the hotel is quiet. Breakfast was great and the view at the rooftop was amazing. Super friendly and helpful staffs from recommendations to booking restaurants.

So much fun at the property and the design is amazing but the entrance has small round the cars can’t enter and hard to transfer the luggage. Thanx for your Hospitality.

All of the public areas and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was great, with a beautiful view. 2 negatives for us: it was hard to cool down a hit room with the a/c off; and, the mattresses could use an upgrade. The old sprung type are noisy and not very comfortable.

Overall,the hotel gives off a really good vibe , but our deluxe family suite looked very tired in terms of decor - scuffs and scrapes all around the walls from furniture or suitcases- making it feel scruffy. The shower door didn't fit properly causing water to leak out onto the floor and pool in a corner , the air conditioning is not air conditioning - it is a hotel wide ventilation system that you can only turn on or off. The control panels are for air con units but do nothing except on or off. In our case (December 20 -23) the hotel was heating the place so it got very hot and stuffy at night with no cooler ventilation (no windows). Even turning the whole thing offf didn't do much. Staff were very helpful generally and breakfast on the top floor is good , though not amazing. Location is excellent as a base though a bit random in terms of arrival as the taxi can't actually get down the street so you are set down on the main road and have to find the entrance in the back alleys. Once found it's fine - just a bit worrying on first arrival. Very close to tram and ferry so really easy to get around. Overall a good stay but wouldn't really class it as a 4 star special category , more a 3 star special !

The Ferman Port Hotel was exceptional in every way. Surrounded by walkable locations from restaurants, shops, money exchange, waterfront or historical locations. Breakfast included was fresh and delicious. Staff extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Willing to help out in every way. A bit in the old part of town but never felt unsafe. It's a gem in the middle of it all. Rooftops Best view of harbor in the city.
