Breakfast is overrated, staff is indifferent

There was no bellboy to show me my room and carry my luggage. The room was not clean especially the bed. The sheets had stains and there was a few strains of body hair on it. The flush and peephole were broken. And the lights were flickering.

It is cool to stay and close to public area , stuff was helpful to us

This hotel was recommended by a friend. I booked two more days because I had a good experience on the first day! The service is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. It is a branch behind the main building, quiet and comfortable. The pillows are especially comfortable to sleep on, not as high as those in ordinary hotels.

I stayed in the quarantined Dedeman before. This time I tried the park side. The environment is as good as ever. The front desk colleagues are nice and the room is comfortable and tidy.

The size of the room is suitable, the whole machine is clean, the bathroom space is not bad, and the location is okay. It takes a few minutes to walk to the subway station. There is one thing to complain about, the WIFI is terrible, it is very slow to open the webpage, and sometimes it drops.

You can park yourself in the indoor parking lot and reach your room with a single elevator. The rooms are clean and ideal for 2 people. The bed is big enough to sleep 2 people + 1 child. The minibar was empty. The housekeeper is friendly. We stayed as a family. It went smoothly. If the location suits you, I recommend it. There is also a small market in the lobby. If you choose a high-rise room, you can have sea and island views.
