Was worse condition

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the hotel. Upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no available rooms, despite my reservation. This lack of preparedness was quite frustrating and inconvenient. Despite their attempts to assist, the situation left me inconvenienced and compelled to seek alternative accommodations. While I understand that situations can arise, the inability to honor a confirmed reservation left a negative impression. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve their reservation management in the future.

I booked a quadruple room but when I arrived they game me a triple room saying that they informed the app, but the app is pending the request until the hotel confirms which they did. They gave me a smaller room than what I booked, they told me is no difference in price which I have just confirmed there is. The hotel left a vacuum cleaner in front of our door which was the lack of interest in greeting a guest, the room was not cleaned during they day, apparently I need to inform them I need my room cleaned which is also something I never heard of. You can hear the people going up and down the stairs, I could hear the neighbors through the bathroom and in the morning you can’t hear everything of what’s happening downstairs . All in all the worst experience with this hotel. I don’t recommend it for tourists, I don’t recommend as trustful, I don’t recommend it as comfort.
