The hotel is in the heart of Istanbul and is very central to Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi. The rooms are clean, the shower works perfectly and the water from the shower is very hot. The staff are very polite and friendly. The service was also very nice. I was very satisfied and can only recommend the hotel and would come back again and again. 10/12
