The room I arranged at the beginning was close to the roadside, and the next day I changed to the one next to the strait. It is very good. I will stay in the hotel and restaurant next time. The atmosphere in the evening is very good, and the breakfast is very good. It is as expected and is in charge of us. The butler is very nice, great guy

The Mandarin Oriental has been and will always be our favorite accommodation. What makes our stay at the hotel extraordinary besides the location, the comfort, the beauty of the room is the service. My wife was not feeling well, and it was midnight on Christmas Eve. I asked for a medicine delivery from Eren (who was extra helpful and accommodated all of our needs) he managed to get it delivered to us within 30 minutes. We thank you for the amazing service.
