I chose to stay here because i have problem about my flight and need near by IST airport, just took time 17 minutes by taxi. After CI everything smoothly and staff so helpful room is make sense with price and amenities not bad (shampoo,shower gel, handwashing gel, towels, water drinking, paper sleeper,hair drying) not to much clean but overall okay for me just short stay the building beside main road and restaurant around very easy but the first night is smooth and feel safe for me. But! Then! I extend more 1 night at night time 2.15 am (time after midnight) there was a man nocking my door and walk around next of my room and try to knock the door with soft knock, that time I feel not safe because I stay alone and keep in silence and listened, he stop and go then phon in my room ringing but so short so I know this is not normal and not safe for me and I cannot trust whoever I fear to call to night manager because I cannot trust anybody as my room location just at 2nd floors so if someone came to this floor whoever at reception should know. I waiting a moment and if he came again i ready to call police then but after that he gone. I listen men may be 2persons talking something then they gone out. I couldn’t slept and wait until in the morning before I check out I call reception and told what had happened to me and let them check by cctv because this is the security of people who decide to book here. He said just sorry to me and actually i will help to present this hotel to friends by my social media channels after I arrive my home but so scare I cannot.

The female front desk staff on duty on the night of January 13th had an absolutely terrible attitude. I've been staying at this hotel for almost twenty consecutive days, and during that entire time, the heating in my room was constantly off, which led to me catching a cold and developing a fever. Yesterday, I finally couldn't take it anymore and reported the issue to the front desk, but the staff member was watching a movie and completely disregarded my complaint. Furthermore, the bed sheets in the room were badly pilled and visibly dirty; the hygiene was utterly unacceptable. Throughout this whole experience, the staff showed no regard for guests' reasonable feedback and lacked even the most basic customer service awareness. Based on these experiences, I would advise anyone against choosing this hotel. It's truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

What are you expecting? A place for sleep only nothing else interesting.

Dont expect too much Basic hotel with basic amenities. Ok for a night or 2

The reception team were very nice and kind, but there was not too much water to drink, i don't think the water is expensive to add it.

Dirty room . Can hear people talking in next room . Very bad small of cigarette in the room. But very helpful receptionists when checking. But for check out not nice at all.

The location is very good near from market and transpotations bus

The staff are fantastic the rooms immaculate and the location close to airport and I am most grateful to the owners for supplying a safe clean place for us with such a welcoming service and I highly recommend

Friendly staff, basic hotel close to airport, there are a few restaurants within walking distance and a shopping mall not far away about a 20 minute walk or a short bus ride if you don't want to walk it's a great place to stay if you are on a budget or you just need something basic close to the airport there are stores and supermarkets nearby too

It was a nice experience for me. I stayed there for 2 nights. It was clean and staff was friendly

Good hotel to stay

The bed and washroom is very dirty. There is no hot water available. The bed sheet even has some holes on it. The blanket is also very thin.

Booking this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with accommodation. Our first room (second floor) had a strong, unbearable odor, a bathroom that smelled even worse, and an AC that didn’t work. We requested a room change, only to be moved to a third-floor room with a broken bed frame and a musty, stale smell—like it hadn’t been aired out in months. Frustrated but still hoping for a resolution, we were given a third room, which was just as bad: dirty bedsheets, a foul smell, and a teapot covered in suspicious white spots (mold or limescale?). At this point, we felt the hotel was uninhabitable and asked for a refund only to be refused. We decided to cut our losses and leave, booking Dem hotel across the street (which was excellent, by the way). It’s a shame, because we wasted time, money, and energy dealing with this mess.
