The location is very good. Is around the shopping street and near alot of restaurant. However, the room shower drainage is clogged. After my first night, informed the hotel reception but nothing changed.

The hotel is located very close to Istiklal street, and surprisingly close to Galata Tower. You can walk straight up the road and be at Galata Tower with 15 minutes. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very nice and really helpful. The first day I was there, the shower in my room didn't work, and the tap was actually broken. They changed my room and helped me so quickly. Other than a window that didn't want to close, and an aircon that was on but not working, everything else went quite smoothly.

Location, staff, and the bedding are very nice, but the cleanliness, and maintenance of the building need an update.

After numerous visits to this hotel we finally lost patience with the fact that on our last visit there was no hot water and heating so we decided to give them another chance but same room still no hot water or heating after being moved 3 times the same problems we have emailed to complain as reception are useless no reply eventually got through to Yusuf the manager who said he would look into our complaint and get back to us 3 days later no contact so we have cancelled all future bookings

The hotel's location is great. The room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. They gave us an interior room to minimize the noise, although we did hear something, but the problem is that the venues and/or terraces play excessively loud music and we must also take into account that we coincided with the celebrations for the Champions League final of this year. For the rest everything was great, highly recommended.
