Very poor service and unclean hotel, the phone in the room wasn’t working, facilities very old.

The hotel is good, the reception service is excellent, but the room is very hot, and the temperature cannot be controlled.

Location was great The hotel itself really nice tidy clean Breakfast was really good and so many choices Also there was a bufet in the evenings as well with great selections Swimming pool great addition with steam toom and sauna

I love it. I change almost 5 hotel in Istanbul but this one is my favorite

Best location staff and front desk not cooperative at all Istanbul hotel staff and ppl attitude with clients are not friendly which I had notice all over Istanbul same may be they will lose there tourist

The hotel is very good. It is in the center. There is an airport bus at the door. It is not far from the subway. There are hotels all around. It is very popular. It is convenient to take a taxi. There is a small Starbucks downstairs

The room is clean and the transportation is convenient. It takes only one minute to walk to the airport bus transfer station. It is also very quiet at night.

The hotel was nice but.. I asked you for an e-invoice and document but you did not give it the company did not pay the money and we could not show it as an expense we want efutura VAT

We stayed for one night, so the review may not be very objective. The rooms are small, the beds are comfortable, the mattress is hard, you can’t hear the mosque, the breakfast is quite decent. We went down to the spa and loved it. The pool is about 4/4 large, you can cool off, there are several saunas. We paid 100 euros per night, which I think is expensive.

The airport bus goes directly to the building, and it is very close to the subway and bus. You can walk to the New Palace. There are attractions all around. The bus to the airport is just downstairs. Highly recommended!

When I went to bed at night, I found that the bed sheets were dirty. I asked them to change them but they said they could only change them tomorrow. The room was very average.

Booked this hotel on a business trip. Good location next to Sim Plaza. Good breakfast. Average front desk service. A deposit of $100 is required for check-in. I didn't ask about it when I checked out the next day, but the front desk didn't plan to return the deposit to us.
