Excellent location in a safe neighborhood. It's five minutes walking distance to Sultanamet, Haiga Sophia and Topkapi, ten minutes away from Grand Bazaar and the Spice Market. Food is great at its Terrace Restaurant and prices are reasonable. It comes with a stunning view of the city. The service is great and the management is very helpful in EVERY detail.

Really enjoyed the stay at the arden city hotel, omar was really helpful… all the staff were pleasent and polite. The roof terrace view for breakfast was gorgeous. Rooms are a little out dated and on the smaller side, but for the location and service well worth booking, Would definately book again. Excellent location, short walking distance from everything. Local street shops aswel. A 10/10 for me 😊

The hotel is located just less than 5 mins away from Hagia Sophia and other historical attractions. It is also close to restaurants and well within walking distance of other places of interest. Service was good and breakfast was also good. I can recommend this place.

Very good hotel. The main plus is the location. 2 minutes walk to Sultanahmet Square, by tram one stop from the port, from which ships depart on the Bosphorus. The Grand Bazaar and most attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts: plentiful and satisfying. Rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There are many places around where you can eat delicious food. Special thanks to the polite staff, everyone is very friendly. If I'm in Istanbul again, I'll definitely come here.

The service was good. We had breakfast on the top floor and the Hagia Sophia Mosque was just around the corner. We stayed in the old town of Istanbul for three days. We walked around the area every day, which made our trip to Istanbul full of memories. We will definitely stay here next time we come back.

A place where you can go without thinking, historical places are within walking distance, close to everywhere. The service is at a high level , they are very friendly and hospitable towards customers . I would like to thank the Arden City employees, which will definitely be my only choice when I come again.

Everyone was excellent in particular Omer. He was always eager to help and even suggested our dinner cruise. Omer was key in helping us get around everywhere as he explained to us in detail exactly how to get to places. I am looking forward to coming back to Turkey and I would not stay anywhere else but this hotel.

Our stay was awesome and special we met Emere he is super friendly he knows his work very well and provided us with a lot of helpful information.. he has an a answer for everything… we had a problem with the bank and the card wasn’t working at checking in .. he gave us the room and told us go have a rest from your flight ,fix your problem with the bank and come down anytime for payment… I’ve never seen such a generous behavior… thank you so much Emere… you are the best .. and definitely will be back to your place and will recommend my friends to stay at arden city hotel. Keep it up

The hotel is in a great location, very handy for most of the key sites. The staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Particular shout out to the restaurant staff who are very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean and well serviced, the cleaners were a little keen on check out day, make sure to put the do not disturb sign on. Only real downside for me was other guest, noisy and banging doors, loud in corridors and TV on late into the night. Nothing the hotel can do about other guests though. Happy to recommend for aa City break.
