Hotel well located 2 steps from transport shops open until late, abundant breakfast and varied territorial, all very good and abundant, a pleasure to have breakfast, friendly and helpful staff and smile, honestly no complaints, quiet rooms and well supplied with tea coffee and water, air conditioning available in the room with refrigerator which is very important to keep drinks cool. I especially thank Ibrahim Serim who at every request of mine was available to show me where to go and how to do it since I do not speak Turkish thank you very much, I saw that they have a spa but we did not have time to try it too bad it will be for the next time. Allocation I will return to this hotel because for quality price and very interesting. A very positive point there is a souvenir shop (for those who do not have time to take a souvenir here and open 24 hours a day), like the reception they are always there to listen to your every request. Comfortable, clean hotel operated by friendly, helpful staff. Close to tram service giving easy access to all areas in Istanbul. Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Great place to stay for the traveller who wants to explore Istanbul.

Do not stay here or even consider booking this hotel!!! Rooms are dirty, staff is rude. I checked in for an hour and immediately requested a cancellation. They made me wait for an hour to see my room and I immediately left. It’s a mess, no parking, old and dirty rooms, old bathrooms, stained towels and bedsheets. The block is so crowded and there’s no street parking or hotel parking. No one speaks English and the staff demands tips, extremely unprofessional. I regret it the moment I stepped into my room.

They tell you it's 4 stars but it stays on board and thank you. The walls are minimal and you can hear your room neighbors perfectly. No soundproofing at all. The sink small and dirty. When we entered the room we could see that the toilet bucket still had the remains of the previous client (some underpants and cigarette butts). We have lowered the cube to the reception. Upon return they had cleaned but there is so much dirt accumulated in the shower that it is impossible to fix. Tip: Skip this "hotel". The employees are not too friendly either.

Be careful with your belongings in this hotel, leave everything in the suitcase tightly closed. The staff stole my raincoat that was hanging in the closet when I left the hotel. I complained and they told me they would ask the staff, after they had asked and no one knew anything about a raincoat. I asked the travel agency to claim it for me and got the same response. It was an expensive trench coat from a fairly exclusive brand. On the other hand, the room they gave me was actually a hallway, the little table was at the foot of the bed because it didn't fit next to it and it was dirty with remains of drinks. The tiny bathroom, with mold on the bathtub tiles and the yellowed toilet seat. Disgusting.
