This hotel didn't change the pillow case and there was a power outage twice. It was a complete mess

The worst hotel I have ever visited. Not clean, small rooms, not even a coffee maker or kettle in the room. A lot of broken things (such as a mirror). I strongly advise against it.

cleanless , stuff very rude, breakfast not good quality, towels very old and riped and they don't accept to change it every day, internet very bad, it's the worst hotel in istanbul i don't recommend it at all The best thing of this hotel is the location rate 1 of 10 and it's only for the location

My experience at Laleli Gonen Hotel in Istanbul was far from satisfactory. We initially booked the hotel based on the promise of free cancellation on the Agoda application, but upon seeing the rooms, we decided to leave. However, the hotel manager insisted that there was no such policy, which left us feeling deceived. The overall service was poor, and the rooms were in an unsatisfactory state of cleanliness. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Laleli Gonen Hotel to anyone considering a stay there. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
