I complained to the night staff and manager in the morning about staff going thru my baggage. The cleaning staff opened a brand new bottle of perfume I purchased on the cruise ship and possibly replaced it with a fake. The room was filthy and smelled like smoke. I notified that same morning manager and he said he would change my room but he never bothered to do it. I am so disappointed as the 5oz bottle of Channel Bleu is not authentic so I lost $250 and nothing was done to compensate me.

Stayed at the moment. As I have stayed in Turkey quite a bit, I know the hotels a bit. No bottle of water, no slippers, safe doesn't work... Even after warning reception, no one moves. Result, it is the worst of the hotels visited in the area. At least 5 others. Breakfast is also extra:
