I selected with airport transfer at trip.com. Once arrive the hotel said I need to pay extra. Its unusual what I have experience with trip.com when I visited other countries. The rest of service are all ok

Hotel was nice. In the perfect location. However the rooms are really really small. Breakfast options are very limited and they hover over you whilst you eat which really put me off. Other than that it’s very clean and they provide a good service very helpful.

Удачный отель, из еды одни яйца цельные - помидоры, огурцы, и нарезка колбаса и сыр самые дешевые , как резина. В номере нет не пасты зубной, не Геля для душа и тд. Отношение не доброе утро, не добрый вечер - клиентоориентированность на нуле. В 7:30 завтрак приходим половины еды нет, они не торопятся - зачем тогда заявлять это время ? Никому не советую! Лучше доплатить и жить в нормальных условиях, а не как здесь!!!
