Room is very small. It is not the same thing as in the photos i see in booing website. Not recommended.

Good Hotel Location. Near to Aksaray Tram and other facilities. Good Breakfast. Rooms small until they change my room by Manager Joshua. Other Hotel staff Rode and unprofessional except Morning Breakfast Staff Very Good.

The hotel is not beautiful at all. The rooms smell bad and the rooms are very small. The reception staff are all hypocrites and liars. As for breakfast, it is a disaster. There is a manager named Murat who does not like Arabs at all and treats them like thieves. Food does not arrive at your room even if you are sick. Very bad treatment from restaurant workers. They all watch breakfast. The best worker is Mr. Atakan and Mrs. Nour. The others are all liars and swindlers. My advice to anyone who wants to come, do not come. You will regret it. I offer my advice to foreigners in general and to Arabs in particular🇩🇿🇩🇿

I booked the hotel for one night , was terrible night , air condition not working , water basin blocked and took time to flush the water and they can’t change the room, it’s really hot . When I asked the reception for solution they send portable fan, further more when get argue with them , they sent another fan . I don’t recommend the hotel to any one. 150 USD for night .

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with an experience I had at your restaurant recently. On 2 July 2024 I arrived with my infant just ten minutes after breakfast had ended. I kindly asked if I could make myself a small paper cup of coffee using the coffee machine, as I had been unable to have any coffee during breakfast due to attending to my baby. Unfortunately, the head manager responded quite rudely, stating that I would be charged for the coffee since breakfast was over. I found this response to be both unpleasant and disappointing. As a mother with a young child, it can be quite challenging to manage time, and it was particularly disheartening to be treated this way when I simply needed a quick cup of coffee. I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for other customers in the future.

Brilliant hospitality by the staff namely Mr. Coskun, Mr. Batuhan, Kitchen staff- Ms. Nur & others. We ordered room service a couple of times and the food was flavourful as well. Helpful with sight seeing tours and booking of taxi services too 👍

We were here for five days in this hotel, the only positive thing I have to say is it was clean, the staff are miserable and unwelcoming, the air con in our room never worked and there was no option to open the window!! The breakfast was the worst food I have energy come across I go as far to say it was diabolical, the yogurt was off the first day I tried it, poor selection of cheese and bread and why they would cook sprouts for breakfast and cauliflower I have no idea. But what stuck in my mind in a country where you have free tea and coffee everywhere even while shopping you are offered a tea, this place made you PAY FOR IT I never had a breakfast the rest of the time I was there the simmit on the street was better

The hotel is nice, but the size of the rooms were a disappointment too small….Breakfast had limited vegetarian options but the staff in breakfast specially the hostess Nour took very good care for our group. The staff at reception were Ok. Housekeeping was also Ok….Nothing superb about the place!

Worst service ever. Staff are totally arrogant, n not helpful at all. Pictures dont always tell the truth. Breakfast is underwhelming,passages n corridors to rooms and lifts are extremely small. Rooms are fair in size and clean, but smelly most of the time. Bathrooms are ok
