Good service, employees kindness, there was awesome cat living in cafeteria 😄

Worst location very hidden taxis get lost and when checking out, no taxis at all almost everyone at the hotel, tried to get us one as we tried as well, we had to stay in the hotel all through. The hotel is beautiful old yes service is the best very very good and they speak English but it could use some cleaning I didn’t even get a massage coz of the cleanliness under the bed has so much dust my friend was sneezing all through the pool sauna and all don’t even talk extremely dirty the room were cleaned in less than a second bathroom remained wet while we were there, the management needs a good cleaning service because it’s a very good hotel but poor management

I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was simple and nice. Swimming pool was clean. The rooms are quite spacious and clean.

Very good, because it was already early in the morning when we went, and the boss even upgraded the room. This room is too big, it's good if you come with a family. I have to say that the breakfast is really good.

This hotel is an absolute jewel, a gem!! We stayed here for two nights and the hotel definitely gets 5 stars for everything ! From the moment we arrived we knew we had made an excellent choice booking this hotel. My wife and I arrived in the afternoon of Monday 12th February, and were immediately greeted with broad smiles and a warm welcome, and a couple of bottles of water which we really appreciated after flying in from London, and then travelling by metro. And I was very impressed when we were given a courtesy upgrade to a family room. The room was spotlessly clean, with a washing machine, dishwasher and cooking facilities. Mahmut and his team were incredibly helpful and were able to help with any enquiry. The service was exceptional. They ordered in a take-away meal for our evening meal (from a nearby Turkish restaurant) and that was absolutely delicious. Speaking of food, I thoroughly recommend the breakfasts, which they brought to our room, a traditional Turkish breakfast which was also delicious and set us up for the day ahead. The location is really good, just a short walk from the Fulya metro (underground/tube) station, and a short walk from the town shopping area. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, whether for business or just for a couple of days vacation. You will not be disappointed. We are already planning our next vacation to Istanbul and will definitely be looking to stay at Taba Luxury Suites !

I came to Turkey to have some intense dental work done and stayed at this hotel, I was very nervous about my treatment and knew this wasn’t a normal holiday experience but I felt very comfortable and relaxed and welcomed by the staff here, especially Olkan he was so friendly and kind and always had a smile on his face even though I looked like I’d been in a fight with Mike Tyson most days!

The staff is great and helpful, the breakfast is great and served to the room. The rooms are wide and clean, the room service staff so helpful and polite, the reception staff so polite and always listening and ready to help. Only one negative thing position up the hill public transportation and in living area, need to walk to reach
