The room is in the Taksim area. If you drag heavy luggage It was quite tiring because the floor was not very smooth. In some parts you have to go up and down hills as well. The property does not have a lift. The staff are very friendly. and help carry the bag up We checked in and went out. Returning around 6 p.m., the door was closed. We had to ring the bell. Another employee came to open the door. This person looked quiet, not very friendly, and didn't help carry our bags down. But please help call a taxi.
The room was much larger than expected, the water was strong, it was comfortable to stay, clean.

Since my ticket was for an early flight, I went earlier than the hotel check-in time, but it was convenient to check in, and the price was cheap and good. It was nice that the room was upgraded for free as there was an empty room.

It is good hotel location is 7 to 9 mints. Only lift problem. And there is no service for Luggage can I go. Manage by guest them self to transfer in the room and out of the room.

Unfortunately the attitude of one of the receptionists was very bad. The flush in the toilet was not working and he simply said it can't be fixed for another day. Didn't even offer to change the room and no words of apologies. Except that the room was clean and located in a nice area just 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square.
