The room is very unique and clean. It is very close to the Museum of Innocence, but it is on a slope. If we didn't take a taxi like us, it would be a bit difficult. But there are many shops to visit along the way. It's a pity that we didn't have breakfast because we had an early flight.

Ein ganz liebes Hotel, wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern und eine mini Küche. Alles sehr sauber, mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es ist klein, aber genug. Das einzige war, dass in der Nacht sehr laut wird und die Fenster sind nicht richtig isoliert. Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, 2 davon waren sehr laut (Freitag, Samstag). Frühstück sehr gut, jeden Tag etwas anders, die Damen sehr nett. Sehr nettes Hotel

It was everything we expected! Beautifully decorated with paintings, artifacts and antique furniture. It was a pleasure to walk up and down the stairs to our room! Our room was spacious, comfortable and meticulously clean with an updated bathroom. Breakfast was a special experience. The array of foods was amazing! They pride themselves in preparing everything in-house including pasties, breads, sauces and everything else needed for an authentic Turkish breakfast, it was a treat for us. Of course we could have had a more western breakfast, it was an option - all in a lovely and inviting setting! And, of course the staff were incredible, always smiling and ready to help in anyway to make our stay enjoyable. Our thanks to those in reception, the amazing breakfast staff, those who freshened our room each day and to the guys who cheerfully carried our luggage up to our room. In our extensive travel this was a memorable experience. After exploring Istanbul it was a pleasure to return to the Faik Pasha.

Beautiful boutique hotel in historical buildings, full of character, with stunning decor and ambience. From the welcome on arrival, the carrying of my luggage to my room, the explanation of how everything works and the farewell gift of home made cookies when I checked out, the customer service is superior to any 5 star hotel I have stayed at. I adored my suite with its Turkish vintage style and I could easily have moved in permanently. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in with fluffy pillows and luxury white cotton bedlinen. The surrounding area is gorgeous, with winding cobblestones streets, antique and design shops and lots of cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is in the basement adjoining the cafe and the room is decorated with antique furniture. There are lots of options to choose from with traditional Turkish dishes such as couscous and salads and different types of home made pastries and cake. Close to transport and shopping it is the perfect base for a few days in Istanbul!
