Overall it was great experience. Rooms are quiet small, however ok for the tourist, could be noisy for some times in the evening, so if you are sensitive in this regard better have earplugs. But we were ok to sleep without plugs. Breakfast is decent and on the terrace with the view.

Location is great. Only disadvantage is because its near to 24/7 stores. Times a bit noisy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience.

我們從網上訂的是18m2高級客房，老闆卻給我們12m2的小房間，並堅持説酒店衹有這樣房間，不給調換。網上的照片衹是作廣告宣傳用的。他同意待我們旅遊回來晚上再商討，不料到晚上他不到六點就溜了，從此怎麼也找不到他了，因為他知道我們第二天早上5點就要離店趕飛機的。這樣的酒店靠欺騙行商千萬不能再上當了。而且酒店位於一條小巷裡，我們從汽車站化了近一小時才找到，什麼離汽車站170米也是騙人的。

1. Breakfast is ok. On the top floor, in the morning, you can also enjoy the style of the old city roof outside the window a little bit 😬... Enough variety, not everything but basically a lot, enough to eat,
2. The location is very convenient, just next to the taksim square, you can walk to Istiklal Avenue, especially to the havabus airport bus station, which is why I will choose here for two days.
3. The rooms are not big, but they look clean and there should be all.
4. The guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and polite in the reception. He said that the Mi mobile phone he used supports China and helped with luggage. Due to the rain, the price of helping to contact the airport taxi is not expensive. And take the initiative to remind, if you want to rush to provide early service.
5. Tips: The pillowcase on the first night didn't feel changed, or it was not cleaned, it was obviously peculiar;

I stayed at the hotel on the last day of Istanbul. The location is very good. It is very close to the airport bus station and Taksim Square. At the starting point of Istiklal Avenue, the subway station is just outside the door, making it easy to go shopping. The rooms in the hotel are not big, but they are neat and tidy. The service attitude of the waiters is also very good. They prepared drinks for us as soon as they walked in. Turkish milk tea was delicious. Breakfast is on the top floor, not much content, but overlooking the new city, there are many seagulls flying around, you can also let the waiter spread the omelette, the cheese filling in the middle, the taste is not bad.

Being right off Taksim Square, the hotel is in a prime location for walking or taking public transportation to anywhere in the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff who made me feel welcome and always offered a cup of coffee or chai. Their customer service was especially helpful, as I had to adjust my check out time due to a late departing flight. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.
