A peaceful stay at the Grand Tarabya
Had an amazing long weekend at the Grand Tarabya. A great room with a view over the Bosporus. Nestled along the shoreline within walking distance of a sleepy marina. Quiet and peaceful. Good service in general.
The only improvement points being that they should allow guests of guests to conduct business meetings at the tables at the pool bar especially if said guest is clearly dressed not to use the pool or spa facilities.
Additionally the speed of ordering and delivering food at the pool bar was very poor. It took almost an hour to get a light snack. Other that perfect

Very good but rooms cold..
Hotels location is excellent. Clean and all workers are wonderful.
But we cold so much in the room. Room heater does not work. It is 22 degree and not increase and decrease. We called and want help several times but it doesnot change. So we are angry about this matter.
