الفندق رائع من حيث التصميم ولكن من حيث المًقع فهوه مرتفع فوق منطقه جبليه ويوجد منحدر بجانبه ولاتستطيع الخروج من  الا بالمرور فوق المرتفع والمنحدر  ايضا الفندق الموظفين غير مرنين ولايعطوك اى شي تحتاجه ااما من ناحية المطعم فهوه ممتاز ويوفر جميع الوجبات بوفيه  والامر الاخر الغير مرضى انه لايوفر قنوات MBC  مقارنة بجميع الفنادق الاخرى

The hotel is great in terms of design, but in terms of location, it is high above a mountainous area and there is a slope next to it and you cannot get out except by passing over the high and slope. Also, the hotel staff are not flexible and do not give you anything you need. As for the restaurant, it is excellent and provides all meals as a buffet. The other unsatisfactory thing is that it does not provide MBC channels compared to all other hotels.

I have recently spent a week at the Antwell Hotel in Instanbul, I went there as part of a surgical package with a friend. All I can say is how this hotel as had any bad reviews is beyond me. They were nothing but polite and helpful and went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean and tidy and the food was amazing. I can't pick one fault with the place!

Excellent hotel with all amenities you could possibly want. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Were very accommodating to my family and 2 year old daughter. Short walk to shopping complex with supermarket, clothing etc. A very pleasant stay
