Amara Old City Hotel & Spa

The staff were very kind.Tried to help with any questions.Gave good advice regarding transfer to airport, daily city tour and and Turkish night on boat.the room was nice and clean. There was anything you can need.location very good few minuts to Gulhane park,Tram and metro.spa staff was very good too.

Amara old city hotel close by Hagia sophia,Baslica cistern and Blue mosque.Grand bazaar 10 munits walking distance.Tram and metro only few munits far from hotel.Spice bazaar 5 munits walking distance. you can get taksim by tram or metro.my room was 402 The room has double bed clean and tidy. There is kettle water and tea.Staff helpful and friendly. This small hotel recomment everyone.

I would like to thank all the staff from this hotel They are polite professional helpful understanding amazing I am a demanding person sometimes I have a lot of expectations but they accommodated all my request from small to large I really love this hotel Amazing breakfast a lot of varieties fresh clean food Open buffet with clean and hygienicspace to eat Rooms were clean amenities were provided accordingly Water boiler available in the room Extra towels Safety box available in the room to keep your passport and valuables items Why I didn’t give 5stars: For only 1 thing The gym timing we’re inconvenient for me, I am a morning person I like to wake up have my protein and go to gym at max 7am then have my breakfast But the gym opens at 10:30 am and buffet closes at 10am So no way I can make the 2 things together

A huge thank you to Yusuf and Dincer from the Spa at the hotel for taking the time to understand my bad experience and help fix it. Dincer is amazing at his Job and he rectified a horrible experience. Not to go into much of detail but Yusuf took the time to hear my complaint and Dincer was amazing at my massage, He sorted me out and If you ever book into this hotel I suggest asking for Dincer when wanting a proper massage. Thank you once again
