Great hotel in a great location- only downfall is there’s no breakfast included in the price. We stayed here for 10 nights - hotel is very clean staff is very nice - we had a great experience overall.

I paid for deluxe room with balcony but was given standard room. The lady at the counter couldnt help so she asked me to see the manager in the morning. The manager was not helpful at all. He said all the rooms with balcony are unavailable. So I am not sure why they charged me extra for the rooms that were not available? I was promised I will get some money back (the difference between bigger room and the standard room). Been almost a week but nothing yet.
Also, there was horrible smell upon entering into hotel. Might that their exaust fans were not working or they simply turns them off to save some electricity.
The gentleman at reception (doing night shifts) was very helpful.
Hotel Is in very nice location but they could do better with customer service.

The room is very small. Unpacking the suitcase, I could hardly walk. Importantly, there was not even a single bottle of drinking water provided. The hot water kettle you should have It is a basic item that every hotel must have. But there isn't any here!! Very cruel. The kettle in the lobby was very dirty. We bought water to boil hot water because the weather was cold. But I didn't boil it because the kettle was too dirty. Don't think about going to stay again. Who wants to stay here? Recommend going somewhere else. This price can be found elsewhere. Rooms are much better than this.

Twin beds, each bed is a bit narrow, less than one meter wide.

My experience here was very present . All the staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The room is very clean with a simple design the bed is comfortable and soft . Cleaning staff was changeing the bedsheets and the towels every day .

Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express from July 23 to August 5 2023 year and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money. Clean rooms, good service and good price. We travelled from Sweden, Malmo to Istanbul. Outside the hotel, there are both buses and a streetcar, which helped us a lot. Their entrance is always locked and only authorized people enter, which is also nice to know.

Staff are okay. Although they could do with being more humble and polite. They speak good enough English to get by. All common areas are kept clean. Rooms are very small. Could do with removing unnecessary furniture. Bathroom could do with a good scrub as soapscum had gathered in tiles, corners, sink and taps. Showers can be daunting as lots of water goes out onto bathroom floor. The hotel in my opinion was 24 degrees warm. This is well beyond average and can become extremely claustrophobic at times.

The best place for family and adults, best around the price and felling good, bes view from topkapi and modern rooms, the staffs is amazing. And not noisy inside and outside the hotel, Thats so happy with me, and i like to the services. Thanks.

really its a best hotel im in hotel ersen expres but really best hotel and nice room and nice serves all days cleans a rooms for best clenar - nice place for a tram yan metro for vistor and very safety area for stay

Super friendly staff, location and neighbourhood is great, tram is close, supermarkets/restaurants also.
Rooms are clean but they don’t map the floor. Although the building is new.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was situated in a decent neighborhood and had easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. The staff members were generally friendly and polite, although their level of efficiency could be improved. Regarding the room, it was clean and adequately sized for my needs.
