White Palace Old City Boutique Hotel Reviews

A very clean and beautiful B&B hotel. The owner runs it seriously and every place is arranged in an orderly manner.

The hotel is in the old city, 10 minutes walk from the Hagia Sophia and the Cistern, M1 is also nearby, and the Internet celebrity seven hill restsutany is also nearby, in short, it is very convenient to visit. The entire community has hotels, restaurants, and cafes, but the white exterior of this hotel is particularly eye-catching. Standing on the third floor window, you can see the dome of the cathedral. The boss is nice, gentleman and warm, answering every question. Breakfast is also very good.

I am very satisfied. The hotel is located in a small alley in the old town. The interior is retro and warm. The room is cleaned very clean every day and the sheets are changed every day. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish breakfast. The boss was very polite. On the day of check-out, we had an early flight and needed to leave at 5:30 in the morning. The boss got up at 5:30 to help us carry our luggage. He didn't go back to the room to rest until he sent us a motorcycle to take us out of the hotel. It was really wonderful. I am so moved that I will choose to stay in this hotel if I have the opportunity to come to Istanbul again.

Although the room is small, it has all internal organs, is neat and clean, and is cleaned up every day. The breakfast is rich, the host is elegant and polite, and you will feel very warm and comfortable when you return to the hotel.

The B&B hotel has a good location, close to several nearby attractions. The room facilities are new and useful, and the owner has a good service attitude.

Amazingly comfortable hotel. Kind attitude towards the guest and care for him - this is the style of this institution. My two rooms in which I lived were in immaculate condition, with high ceilings and windows. In one of the windows you can look at the Bosphorus. In the bathroom, unlike most *** hotels, the plumbing was in good condition. I would call the style of decoration and furnishing English. In general, very very comfortable.

Nice room with separate sitting room in lovey and impeccably clean boutique hotel. Alper (the manager) was absolutely a dear and really made our stay special. I highly recommend this hotel for couples travelling for leisure. My only point of recommendation would be to offer a more continental option for breakfast.

The hotel was very clean and cosy. The room was really big and spacious. The owner was incredibly helpful and gave us some good information for the local area. The location was great too and we were able to walk to a lot of the sites easily.

This was a great place to stay, and I’m glad we found it. A warm, hospitable welcome from Alper, and a very comfortable suite. Lovely breakfasts, served by nice people. Good places to eat within three minutes’ walk of the hotel; Fish Home particularly recommended. Close to many of the great sights to see in the Sultanahmet area. There was nothing not to like!

This is an amazing recently opened hotel in Sultanahmet. Previously a traditional Istanbul house, it has been carefully restored to an elegant hotel with all the modern touches subtly included. The bathrooms are modern in grey-white marble. Toiletries are provided. The wifi is faultless, it even works out in the street! The standard of cleanliness is top mark. The photos of the hotel shown on the internet are true depictions and completely accurate. Breakfast is complimentary. A large platter per person including mixed fresh salad, turkish sausage, eggs ( as you like them), cheeses, olives, jam and honey. On the side fresh bread. There will be different additions each day : pancakes, spring rolls, cake. And choice of tea, coffee, juice. The hotel can arrange airport transfers and boat cruises on the Bosphorus. Many thanks to the hotel manager Monsieur Alper, a true hotel professional, for his unfailing attention and advice. And also the small team of housekeeping ladies who are dedicated to guests and their comfort.
