The location of the hotel is good, and the hardware is good among hotels in Istanbul. But the service level is really incomparable with domestic hotels. I only stayed for one night and experienced four front desk staff. Only one girl's service was professional. The other three men had a very average attitude towards the guests staying in the hotel. Two of the young male front desk staff had extremely bad attitudes, were very unprofessional and even impolite.

Была в отеле год назад в октябре 2023 И снова вернулась в сентябре 2024. Конечно уровень сервиса очень упал. Не знаю, что так сказалось на качестве предоставляемых услуг, вероятно отель находится в удобной локации и всегда много туристов. Номера откровенно грязные. Полы не моют вообще. В первый день нашла чей-то обрезанный ноготь, так он 4 дня и пролежал на полу. Качество уборки ужасное
