In the first couple of days, I was actually quite happy with the hotel. staff were friendly and the interior design was great. Location was not bad and the shower was great too! However, things go downhill so much after I tried their steam and sauna… firstly, you need to pay extra for using the steam and sauna room, €20 per person…. Then I had a 50 min massage that was €70, which was a giant rip off!!! The masseuse literally just put loads of cream and oil on my body and rub them in… one more thing, when we asked them to help us book a cab to the airport.. they wanted to charge us €75… it was €35 when we got a taxi to the hotel from the airport…

Room is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Location is also very conveniently and walkable to most landmarks. Highly recommended to stay in this hotel. Rooftop bar is beautiful with amazing night view of the city. Really appreciate front desk staff who allowed us to check in early after our long flight. Only some issues - AC is not very strong, even though we had it at 18 degree in summer weather. Hotel staffs are very helpful and can be fierce looking 🤣 In conclusion we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right in the center of the old city. It is very convenient to go to the pier and major attractions for dinner. The hotel is connected to the restaurant. You need to walk through the restaurant to enter the front desk. The desserts in the restaurant are very delicious. We arrived early and were given tea to rest in the restaurant. We booked a room with a balcony, where you can see the Blue Mosque from a distance. Everything in the refrigerator needs to be paid for. There is a big bottle of water on the table with a price tag, but it is free to drink. In short, I am very satisfied with my stay!

I spent two wonderful days in this hotel. The hotel is in the old city, but it is very quiet at night. The pillows and quilts are very comfortable. Most importantly, the air conditioner can cool and heat. Many hotels in Istanbul only have heating air conditioners. I slept very well☺️

As soon as I checked in, the uncle at the front desk recommended a boat dinner for 100 euros per person... It was really embarrassing... Then the doorman deceived us and said that our room was the best of all on the 5th floor, but it turned out that the balcony was the smallest room... When I checked out, I insisted on asking if I was dissatisfied and said that the room was very small. However, the front desk said, yes, the balcony is a small room... Absolutely! It turns out that the smallest room is the best of all~

Advantages: The hotel is in the center of the old city, very convenient and close to the main attractions. It is in an internet-famous ancient building, and the decoration is suitable for taking pictures. There are two very enthusiastic waiters who provided great help. Thank you very much. Disadvantages: I was asked to add an extra bed when I brought my child to stay, which cost 500 RMB per night. It cost 1K for two nights. In fact, the big bed can sleep well. Secondly, if you drive a car, you should choose carefully. There is really no parking space. You need to find a parking lot by yourself. I found a one 1000 meters away. The parking fee for two nights was 200 RMB. The day I left was Sunday. The alleys in the old city were closed. I walked to the parking lot with two large suitcases.

The hotel building is very beautiful, and the interior decoration of the room is very new. The service attitude is very good. The location is very close to the T1 station, and the attractions are basically along the T1 line, which is convenient for travel.
