MB Deluxe Hotel Reviews

I booked and paid for a Deluxe room and was given a standard room instead. After asking for an explanation, I was told that all the Deluxe rooms were occupied and that the difference would not be refunded to me. I basically paid a higher price for no reason. I needed to use the washing machine which, to my surprise, was located in some kind of filthy basement. The price of the wash is calculated on the basis of the pieces that are washed. At the end of the wash, my clothes were put in a black bag (the ones you use for garbage). The clothes weren't dry so they absorbed the smell of the plastic. The room is not cleaned regularly, but only on request. The breakfast is of poor quality. Almost none of the staff speak English. The hotel is located far from the center and is not well connected to it. Cleaning leaves something to be desired.
