The hotel has a pleasant location near the tram stop. Unfortunately there is no elevator, but the employees are always very helpful. The view is exceptional and the rooms are not very big, but not too small either. There is air conditioning/heating in the room that quickly adjusts the temperature.

The hotel is super, the room is very good, the only negative is the view, it was on the neighboring building, of course I would like to see the Bosphorus, but for one night it is not important, yes the room is small, but cozy. A good big bed, lots of pillows, a blanket. The shower is very beautiful, everything you need was there, toilet paper, gel, shampoo, soap, everything was there, even disposable slippers. Everything is quite clean, the air conditioner works, Wi-Fi works even in the room. The only good thing is that we came for 2 days and we did not have suitcases, because there is no elevator, and the stairs are circular and not wide, it would be very difficult to drag suitcases. I also want to note that the room has a large TV TV with smart TV, you can watch YouTube in Russian, this is very rare in Turkey. The hotel is well located, right on the shore of the Bosphorus, in the morning the trains make noise, but for those who do not sleep until 10 this is not a problem, at the reception there is sometimes a Russian-speaking employee, in general we really liked the hotel, thank you.

Described as "Deluxe rooms" but no breakfast, 4th floor with no lifts, very old furniture, carpet falling apart, Internet issues. A door frame in the floor that hurt my feet every night. The only good things is the location, and nice reception team.

A horrible hotel. Disaster accommodation, a misery 2nights. A real description about a hotel-ti be honest pretending like that it is a hotel. Fake pictures on the Instgram page mixed between the second one. No reception, no lift, no kitchen to order food. To reach your room you have to use narrow stairs, and this is enough to be exhausted, there wasn’t enough place for the stroller. They tricked us with their promises. If you would like to stay in that area try to choose trustful hotel rather than this one. We left it after 2 days and choose better one.

Dont bother with this hotel, its absolute disaster. Located in a dark street, no entrance nothing. Just some guy sitting on a chair with a table waiting for people to come in. There is no lifts in the hotel so you get heart attack by the time you get to your room. The room is soo small it just only fits a single bed thats it, no more space. There was no soap and gel to wash hands. Just avoid at all cost.
