房子坐落在卡德科依，離海邊很近，是一個家庭名宿，老闆非常熱情，也很安全，衞生情況整雖然達不到酒店，但整體還算不錯，因為房子是新的，周邊也有很多商店。

We booked the room with balcony for our May trip.
Before arriving, the hotel confirmed our arrival time and informed us that there will be an attending staff at the check in. We got into the hotel and check in was smooth. As there was no elevator (as the building was a typical traditional Turkish kind), we had to climb 2 floors up I think but it was not a problem as the staff was so nice to help us with our luggages.
Got into the room and it was as advertised. Beautiful, clean and perfect. Its toilet is small but comfortable. Has no weird smell which some hotels might have. They provide the basics like vanity care, shampoo, body wash, hand wash, hair dryer and toilet paper rolls. Their fresh towels smell so homely too!
Love their pillows, super fluffy! Slept well over the three nights we stayed there.
The environment is peaceful and serene. Mornings and evenings are the best to sit at the balcony and enjoy the chilly winds of May.
Location is perfect as it's a walking distance to food and attractions.
So lucky to have found this hotel, it was perfect for our first time trip to Istanbul. Would definitely recommend to friends in case they would make a trip to Istanbul.

The manager is very friendly and can speak English. We can communicate with translation software. It's an independent building with four floors. It's surrounded by locals. There are cafes, barber shops, supermarkets, liquor stores, restaurants, bus stations, cruise terminals, subways, etc. It's very convenient. There is a garden on the ground floor where you can drink free coffee and Turkish black tea. The atmosphere is quiet and charming. It's very good!

The hotel is new, opened in 2022, although the building is historical, it has been well renovated. I had a room in the basement, I could hear people walking and cars driving outside the window. The room is beautiful, only the toilet is small. In the room (including the minibar), in addition to a kettle and tea and coffee, there are 4 free bottles of water of different sizes, and cookies (also free). It's a small thing, but nice. Nearby (10 minutes walk) there are a huge number of different cafes and restaurants, shops. The hotel is wonderful. However, you can easily find a hotel of the same level for less money.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed. The check in was very quick, which we appreciated after a late flight. There are some lovely restaurants within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend.
