Good location and staff members are hospitable and patient enough to answer questions you have. Which is very helpful to me as a first time visitor of turkey

Everything was alright: location, good breakfast, bottles of water and tea bags/coffee every day. The manager told some useful tips about sights, and gave some small gifts in the end of the trip. They also can help you to call a taxi (the price was cheaper than it was in the app on the phone). Keep in mind that the hotel locates at a hilly area with cobblestone road. That room was quite tiny, but it wasn't an issue for one person for 3 nights.

Although the hotel is not so easily accessible on foot (lots of uphill-downhill) we had a very lovely stay at Zeyn hotel. The staff is so kind hearted and very helpful. They always went the extra mile to accommodate. They really make you feel welcome. A big thank you to Selçuk and his colleagues for our wonderful stay.

The stay at this hotel was so fantastic that we decided to extend our 20-hours stop in Istanbul to three full days. The staff is the best, they make you feel at home, they share all the valuable information and explain how to move around and what to see. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel's location in the Old Town is strategically well-situated, about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from important landmarks. Breakfast was included in our booking and consisted of a buffet with samples of cheese, bread, olives, fruits, etc. You also get water, tea, and coffee in your room, which is very convenient. Definitely a place we want to get back some day.

The boss and staff are very nice. The room is clean, but the soundproofing is halfway. The location is also very good. It takes only a few minutes to get to the Blue Mosque.

Nice and comfortable hotel. It is located a little in the courtyards, but after the first time the road to it was easy. Room with a wonderful sea view. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet, all the basics are there. The most pleasant memories from the staff at the reception: they are friendly and speak Russian. They told us everything, answered all our questions, suggested a delicious and inexpensive restaurant, and responded to minor requests quickly and friendly. And they even gave me a gift. Thanks a lot! Such hospitality left me with very warm feelings. We will recommend this hotel to our friends and, if things work out, we will come again.

The old city is within walking distance to the mosque, and the hotel staff are also very nice and help introduce the surrounding attractions

The guys are trying very hard to be great. They are doing it. Selcug, Azat, Mahmud. The location is convenient. We stayed in two rooms. Three nights in 102 below the reception level, for three. And three nights in 402. The request for shower repair was processed right there. The only request is to add some main dish for breakfast. Like oatmeal or an omelet. Breakfast is represented by an endless number of jams, pickles. There are cheeses, fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, French fries and sausages cut in tomato paste (or ketchup). In general, there is a lot of things, but only boiled eggs and brewed coffee are suitable for breakfast.

The boss and employees are very good, actively helping to introduce and contact the airport drop-off service. The price of the airport drop-off service is more favorable than calling an Uber taxi separately, and the service is first-class and enthusiastic!

The hotel is located near the tram station. It is very convenient to travel. The service is very good. The owner and the staff are very friendly. They answered our questions and gave us a small gift. It is quiet in a busy place. I slept well at night.

As a global independent traveler, I will compare many hotels. This hotel is very clean, the staff and manager are very hospitable, warm, polite, and considerate. When checking in, the front desk staff introduced the city attractions/transportation/precautions, etc. The buffet breakfast is also very rich (milk, bread, cheese, vegetables, fruits, juice, coffee); I feel at home, at home; the hotel price is reasonable; the hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of major attractions and bus stations and subway stations. In short, it's super good 👍 I will choose this hotel next time I come to Istanbul, and I also recommend it to other travelers.
