Гранд отель и этим все сказано. Отель с историей, со скрипучими половицами и китайскими вазами в лобби. Шикарные завтраки и постельное белье. Прекрасный садик и бассейн. Перед отелем французская кондитерская и бар.
Есть недочеты, связанные с персоналом, забывающим здороваться с гостями. Но это дело поправимое.

Kızım ve kardeşimle geldim restoran için lobiye alındık garsonların tavırları o kadar kötü ve kibirliki o yok bu yok sürekli müşteri kovmak ister gibi tavırlar kızım patates yiypr oturdugu yerden bile kaç defa uyardılar yok surası leke olmasın yok söyle ben hayatımda böyle bir rezillik görmedim kullanılsın istemiyorsanız kapatın kepenkleri lütfen.

Çok güzel ama eksikleri var
Adanın en güzel oteli. Özellikle kahvaltısı kusursuz. Ancak düzeltilmesi gereken şeyler var. Oda servisi yok. Oda servisi olmadığı halde odamızdaki buzdolabı da boştu. Geceyarısı odaya bırakılan su bitse, otelde inip kendinizin de su alabileceği bir yer açık değil. Oysa oda servisi yapılamıyorsa mini buzdolabının çeşitli içeceklerle dolu olması gerekirdi. Bu ciddi bir eksiklik bence. Havuz çok güzel ancak saat 18:00 gibi çok erken bir saatte kapanıyor. Saat 17:30'dan itibaren havuz bar görevlisi sizi uyarmaya başlıyor. Oysa yazın havanın kararma saati 21:00. En azından 20:00'ye kadar havuza girilebilmeli. Bunlar düzeltilirse bu işletme kusursuz bir hale gelecek.

Konseptinin tarihi olması sebebiyle ilgi çekiciydi. odaları geniş ve ferah manzarası çok güzeldi üstelik çalışanların hepsi güler yüzlüydü sabah açık büfe kahvaltısı zengin ve çok çeşitliydi kesinlikle büyükadanın en kaliteli ve lüks oteli olduğunu söyleyebilirim buraya yolunuz düşerse Splendid palas‘a bir şans vermelisiniz pişman olmayacaksınız

Güzel nostaljik
Otel tabiiki çok güzel, nostaljik ve keyifli.
Kahvaltı oldukça zengindi.
Fakat havuz açılmamıştı ve bunun ön bilgilendirmesi ne rezervasyon sırasında ne de sonrasında yapılmadı. Otele gidince bu haberi almak üzücü oldu.

Underbar atmosfär men…
Fantastiskt vackert hotell med underbar atmosfär och en utomordentlig frukost med utsikt över Marmarasjön och den asiatiska delen av Istanbul. Servicen och renligheten är dock något som skulle kunna förbättras. Rummet hade kaffefläckar, hår och damm och vi saknade en toalettborste i badrummet. Vid incheckningen sa dem att rummen städs dagligen men någon städning kom aldrig trots att vi bad om det 2 gånger. När vi skulle använda poolen så behövde vi be om poolhanddukar 3 gånger innan vi fick någon. Det fanns endast vatten i minibaren som ingick men vill man ha mer vatten så kostar en flaska 45tl och en serviceavgift på 10% togs ut trots att vi själva behövde hämta vattnet nere i receptionen.
Skulle servicen och renligheten förbättras så skulle jag kunna tänka mig att komma hit igen.

A’dan Z’ye tarih kokan ve bununla birlikte nezaketi de hasret kaldığımız ölçüde yaşatan adı gibi görkemliler bir konaklama olduğunu söyleyebilirim.. Gerek temizlik, gerekse kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve bar menüsündeki imza kokteyller de oldukça ruh doyurucuydu.. Misafirleri tek düşündüren şey binanın eski olmasından kaynaklı ses yalıtım noksanlığı olabilir.. Sabah erken saatte uyanmayı göze almalısınız diye düşünüyorum.. Özetle; gelin ve keyifle bu deneyimi yaşayın.. Sevgilerimle..🌾

Overnight stay in Buyukada
As part of a longer trip, my wife and I stayed at the Splendid to check out Buyukada. The hotel has great character and excellent interiors, with amazing furnishings. The staff were friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back and for longer the next time we visit Buyukada.
