The staff were amazing the rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast needs to be a bit upgraded for the price offered. Otherwise all good and amazing staff and location

The room booked from Trip.com was on the 2nd lowest floor and next to the school playground which was extremly noisy. Moreover, the restaurant on the 1st floor had celebration event which was last till 11pm for consecutive 3days. I was trying to ask for room change but was told "fully booked" actually all types of room were available.
Location is good, Facilities are new but the service was horrible. It was nightmare choosing Westin Istanbul.

The hotel is great in location, cleanliness, but I had an incident where the room cleaner stole a fine sunglass from the room, where we discovered that after room service (the glasses was old and we didn't give that attention and we don’t want to ruin our enjoyable trip to Turkey).
I sent a private complaint email to the hotel reservation after I left the hotel as I didn't want to raise the issue at checkout, just wanted to highlight this issue to hotel management to avoid such indecent in the future with other guests.
But unfortunately I didn't get any reply on my email, which I coincide unprofessional from a reputed name like the Westin, that’s why I mentioned it on this website.

Westin is pretty good overall. I booked it because it will open in 2022. At least the facilities are newer.
Besides, the hotel is in a good location, with a lot of food around. There is a Starbucks and other coffee shops downstairs, a McDonald's opposite, and a Ramada Hotel. The front desk service attitude is also good, and they are very cooperative in taking photos.
From April 28 to 30, I stayed for a total of 2 nights, but the hotel only provided slippers on the first day, and there were no more after that. I don't know why.
ps: The room provides a small lavender essential oil for sleep aid, which is convenient to carry, which is good.
In general, I am quite satisfied and will choose Westin next time I go.

The service is really not up to par for a 5-star hotel
The front desk was very cold, and the person carrying the bag turned a blind eye to us because I didn't order a taxi through them (because the price was too high).
I booked through Ctrip and got a room on the second floor, right next to the gym. There was a display cabinet selling bedding after the elevator. I was speechless...

This hotel was such a good experience. It is a 5-star hotel is conveniently located in the affluent neighborhood of Nisantasi, top-tier shopping district in Istanbul. Its location in the same mixed-use complex, Lotus Walk shopping center. The location provides easy access to renowned designer boutiques, a wide selection of eateries, art galleries, concert halls, and convention centers. The breakfasts there are INCREDIBLE with so much to choose from - we were blown away with the quality and the choice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice as well. We stayed here through Viking as a pre-excursion trip and it was a very good introduction to Istanbul.

Had a wonderful stay at Westin Nisintasi. Staff are fabulous - the lovely girls on reception with beautiful hair, breakfast team, concierge team, especially Zafer who looked after me while I waited for my transfer, we had a good chat. The room I had was a terrace room which had a large balcony, room and bathroom were large also. Bed and pillows were heavenly. Location- train station underground pretty much right in front, short ride to Taksim, (about 15 minutes in a taxi). There is a small shopping mall called Lotus Walk next door and three coffee chains seconds from the hotel- Starbucks, Costa and Nero If you don’t fancy staying in the chaos if Sultahmet or Taksim, definitely stay here, highly recommended

Excellent and cozy hotel with nice location walking distance to Nisantasi. very nice and welcoming staff. the Junior suites are very nice with large balconies. they respect Marriott members and treat them very well. I stayed at this hotel many times since its opening

Hatice cengiz tugce all breakfast staff I'm really enjoying staying here , great place which I highly recommend everyone to try. The breakfast stuff is great they offer a great services and a various kinds of dishes. The hotel is located in a unique place , the stuff is so friendly and kind, I do appreciate their hospitality, I'm really feeling as if I was among my family here, They is my first time here but it will not be the last one..
