I came to İstanbul for work and stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. The rooms are clean and pleasant, the food isn't very good but you don't get hungry. The hamburger's cake was a little strange, they used cake cheese for pizza was a little different room. There is no mayonnaise in the hotel. Ice machines are constantly disrupted. They sell alcohol in the lobby restaurant, but you can go out to drink in the lobby and drink in your room. Be careful while sitting down from the air-conditioning on the lobby restaurant's ceiling. I have stayed here many times, but this time I was not satisfied at all. In the room, hair belonging to an old woman was scattered everywhere. The cleaning was unsuccessful. There was a hot water problem, the water was getting extremely cold and hot while taking a shower and washing dishes. I am not normally a person who chooses pillows, I can sleep with all pillows, regardless of whether they are hard, soft, high or low. The room is stuffed to the brim with a pillow large enough to bend your head at an exaggerated 45 degree angle. I preferred to sleep without a pillow.

I have stayed in several hotels in the city. And I always look for low budget hotels because I only sleep there and then leave. And so far it has always been worse than you think. But with this hotel I was more than satisfied with the condition of the hotel itself. It is further away from the center, but you can easily get to everything by metro or taxi anyway. It is a 20-minute walk to the next metro station. As the manager of the hotel told me and showed me with photos on his cell phone, the hotel was only inaugurated a few months ago. So it is very new. As far as I remember, it opened in early 2023. The interior is really nice and modern. The prices are really beautiful. I only paid €150 for 6 nights. I was alone by the way. There is not really anything going on there, people come, sleep, eat and go, so it is very quiet. The surroundings are also quieter than in the center. There is a mosque nearby, but the walls are so well sealed that I was not woken up by the call to prayer in the morning. The view from my window was just beautiful! I was on the 4th floor. You could see the skyline really well. There was a 24-hour reception👍 And the staff were nice too, I even had a long chat with one of the staff and the manager. The place was tidied every day and it was nice and clean. Best low budget hotel so far👍👍

We stayed a family night on July 13. Because it was a residence concept, it is a nice hotel with a kitchen in their rooms. We didn't experience any problem at the entrance, it was allowed because there was a room that we could get in at 12:00. We liked it very well, we used the microwave. We wanted extra sauce and dressing, it was delivered immediately. The bathroom was very beautiful and very pleasant. We were not very hopeful about his breakfast because it was a city hotel, but we were very happy, there was a real fresh, tired orange juice and a great mini cruiser. Because it was a high-structured building, even far from the sea, the sea+ city view was great.

This is the department who should lead by example in these terms yet while every department I ve encounter have been great (housekeeping, food and be beverage, spa) … this department lacks the welcoming factor. Sad as reception often leaves the first and last impression. Breakfast - basic but good quality. Can’t ask for more Spa - I still have to try this but the attendant who showed me around was helpful and patient. Thanks to his approach I will definitely give this place a try Room is big, comfortable and well equipped… cleanliness upon checkin not as great … yellow stained silicon around shower, hairs of previous occupants, dusty accessories. The industry is suffering and while I Am mentioning this, I am ready to close an eye Highlight of hotel - by far - the rooftop restaurant … the lamb shank was to die for and definitely best lamb ever… service is 10 out of 10 and 2 people stand out by far … girl with glasses working on Tuesday 11th evening shift … and the ever so amazing and charming Mohammat… impressed and equally jealous of their customer approach. These are people I would hire in a blink of an eye, Mohammat, especially I look forward to spending the next 9 nights here. Turkey is amazing but the Turks are even greater Room 1201

Very convenient hotel, very quiet, close to the financial center, very suitable for business trips, this is the most comfortable time I have lived in Turkey.

Professional service.clean rooms,very convenient.reception .exceptional.location good not much shops around,but taxi service in a few mints avialable.the hotel in quite area,no noise.room furniture is good,barhroom is good.

Overall good place to stay, some staff don't speak English but as a workaround showed me exactly what they wanted to communicate by using Google translate Only slight negative I had was the rooms weren't sounds proof, very far from it.
