DO NOT be fooled by the drone shot of the hotel making you believe they have a small private bay. The beach is for locals,I didn’t have a problem with that, everyone should be able to share nature;however don’t deceive customers in order to massively overprice said ‘resort.’ The locals enjoyed their beach time but be warned 10 loud speakers playing different Eurotrash all day is not my idea of R&R. One staff member spoke English, I saw her twice. Some of the male (yes clearly a gender thing,) waiters are trying desperately to learn English and do well. I was the only English person here, and once people learned that, I was actively ignored at tables and lounge areas (I think out of fear of having to communicate). Some will oblige with Google Translate but it’s no way to spend a holiday. I tried 3 different approaches,Spanish, French, Italian all badly but at least I tried, I was simply barked at in Portuguese, I felt so isolated I left early.I’ve been in enough Lockdowns thank you, I’m not paying extortionate prices for to feel like I’m in another one. Rooms are dated, stains on sofas. NO vegetarian options and a complete unwillingness to adapt. I.e Chicken Salad, can you remove the chicken? A chicken salad arrived. Loud music blasts from the next door cafe along with people’s iPhones blasting out music wherever you sit. Again all of this I don’t mind, but don’t charge extortinate prices. House keeping, a joke. They made the bed, nothing else. Over priced dreadful food. Breakfast options are limited.

The rooms are comfortable, there are plenty of amenities, the food is great, and above all the staff here are wonderful. Thank you all for such a great stay in Itacaré! Also, this is a great place to host business events - plenty of places to meet and there is a room with a projector! Would recommend and thank you again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pousada Portal da Concha! It is in the perfect spot. Close to many restaurants and shops that you can easily walk to. The staff was kind and friendly. They gave a lot of information about the surrounding beaches which was very helpful. The pool area was great and even had a small playground which was great for our active toddler. The breakfast was delicious and had great variety. We will definitely be returning to Pousada Portal da Concha during our future visits to Itacaré.

A pousada faz juz ao nome. Todos estão sempre prontos a atender nossos pedidos de bom grado. Todos nos tratam com muito carinho, com muita atenção e dedicação. A higiene dos quartos é ótima, as toalhas são trocadas Todos os dias. O café da manhã varia Todos os dias. Omelete, ovos mexidos cuscuz e tapioca são feitos na hora, é só pedir. A pousada fica próxima à praia da concha e à rua pituba. As piscinas são excelentes. A vista do meu quarto (42) era um deleite! TUDO PERFEITO! SOMOS GRATOS à toda a equipe da pousada vila do dengo. Em breve voltaremos.

Our stay at the hotel was remarkable. Not only we had a fantastic time and the hotel is perfect in every sense, but the most important factor of our enjoyable experience was the hotel crew. From the receptionist Sisa to all the members who cooked our meal.. the love, good vibes and willingness to make us feel like we were in paradise.! We loved our experience

El hotel es un hotel moderno y muy lindo, las habitaciones son preciosas pero falta un poco de mantenimiento aunque el hotel es nuevo, para mi punto de vista falta unos puntos con la atención al cliente! La recepción debería de estar un poco más pendiente de los clientes una llamada de cortesía para preguntar qué tal todo, el desayuno es maravilloso , bolos súper ricos y mucha variedad allí vais a encontrar una chica que se llama Patricia súper amable y servicial! Estuvo pendiente de nosotros en toda la estancia la sonrisa de ella por la mañana no falta ñ! Gracias Patricia por hacer nuestras vacaciones más bonitas! Por parte del mantenimiento del hotel pienso que hace falta que revisen más a menudo si hacen su trabajo ya que fue a la habitación y dejo las cosas tal y como estaban! Pero en si el hotel está muy bien! Mejoraría esos puntos recepción y mantenimiento! La habitación estaba impecable de limpa! Gracias chicas por dejar la habitación cada día impoluta 🤩🤩
