Imperdível passar uma temporada no Txai, desfrutando dos encantos do sul da Bahia, suas comidas, a gentileza e alegria dos colaboradores, a brisa do mar, o pé na área, tudo com a medida certa de elegância e conforto, sem perder a sensação de veranear, ainda que no inverno baiano, que se traduz em breves pancadas de chuva! Tudo funciona muito bem, do SPA ao serviço de bar na praia, nos deixando à vontade e nos permitindo relaxar! Super recomendo.

O ponto alto pra mim foi a hotelaria: cama, lençol e toalhas no padrão da nossa casa, portanto a dormida é reparadora. Estivemos na baixa estação, chovia bastante porém o spa não era uma opção dado o alto preço dos serviços. Comemos quase todos os pratos dos cardápios (almoço e jantar), mas nenhum deles nos surpreendeu. Não conseguimos comer a moqueca de camarão toda, não estava saborosa, mas a apresentação era ótima. O cardápio é muito caro (sem necessidade pra isso)...não há opção na vizinhança.

Comida comum e extremamente cara. Me foi oferecido um prato do chef. Nimguem mencionou o preço, após comer um risoto de lagosta comum e com uma quantidade muito pequena fiquei surpreso ao saber quando eu recebi a conta com o exorbitante valor de 240 reais pelo prato. Além disso, em lugar nenhum do MUNDO se cobra 18 reais por uma água, valor também exorbitante.

Só tenho rasgados elogios ao TXAI. Qualidade, cortesia, educação, simpatia e eficiência de todos os colaboradores. Praia maravilhosa, praticamente privativa. Serviço de Bar de praia eficiente e excepcional, destacando-se a colaboradora Ludmila( simpatia, cortesia e atenção espetaculares). Também fomos muito bem atendidos pelo Elvis e pelo Jammison. O barman Joan não tem elogio suficiente para explicar a delicia de seus drinques. As refeições no hotel são todas cinco estrelas. Bom gosto, qualidade é perfeição. Serviço de quarto perfeito, destacando-se a excelente, simpática e carinhosa camareira Luceli. Equipe inteira é maravilhosa. Café da Manhã impecável, com tudo do bom e do melhor! Atendimento excepcional da Camila e da Naikeli na Recepção. Sempre atenciosas e preocupadas com os hóspedes. Enfim, difícil resumir as qualidades todas do TXAI. Recomendo fortemente esse Resort, para descansar e curtir a Bahia. Itacaré fica a apenas 12 ou 13 kilometros. Bem pertinho.

This resort is very nice. The rooms are awesome. Hospitable staff but the management wasn't very professional. They should brush up on their customer service skills . The beach at this resort is one of the best i have experienced. Pri t out your reservation to avoid the issues we encountered.

Lugar excelente, comida excelente, atendimento excelente, praia bonita bem tranquila, sem vendedores ambulantes ou muita gente. Não é um lugar de boa acessibilidade (morro, escadas, rampas, mas o hotel disponibiliza carro para levar e trazer os hóspedes. Usamos apenas no dia de ir embora por causa da chuva e malas e foi bem agilizado e cuidadoso.
