We arrived at the hotel to check in and the hotel informed us that the card had been declined and there was no charge for the reservation. I showed my card statement with the debit and they still wanted to charge me again. I thought this was absurd. I had to contact Trip.com to resolve the problem that they were supposed to resolve. In the end, everything worked out fine.

Nossa estadia no Brava Mundo foi incrível! O atendimento foi excelente, com uma equipe muito simpática e atenciosa. O quarto era lindo e super aconchegante, perfeito para relaxar depois de um dia de passeio. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, com muitas opções deliciosas, que agradou tanto os adultos quanto as crianças. A localização é ótima, perto da praia e de bons restaurantes, o que facilitou bastante. Tive uma estadia maravilhosa no Brava Mundo!!! Tudo perfeito desde o momento do check-in, equipe atenciosa e prestativa, contando inclusive com o gerente Allan, um exemplo de profissionalismo e receptividade. O quarto extremamente limpo, com um bom espaçoso, bela decoração, oferecendo uma vista direto para a praia Brava. A cama era super confortável e garantiu uma ótima noite de sono. A estrutura total em si do hotel é excelente, boa localização, com uma área de lazer incrível, incluindo uma piscina aquecida e com uma Boa Vista no rooftop. O café da manhã foi um destaque, com uma variedade grande frescas e saborosas, se come com os olhos. Toda atenção aos detalhes (som ambiente nos corredores) e o cuidado com os hóspedes se destaca no Brava Mundo. Com certeza voltarei e recomendo para aqueles que procuram uma experiência de qualidade em estadias!

The hotel is very modern, comfortable and, believe it or not, smells great! I want to know what air freshener they use here, lol! The staff is super attentive! I will definitely be back. It has an infinity pool (heated), a room with a Playstation 5 and even a gym! Not to mention the coffee, which is wonderful!

Me hospedei no Brava Mundo Hotel enquanto participava de um evento em Balneário Camboriú. A distancia não foi um problema e certamente nas próximas vezes que tiver um evento em Balneário vou optar ficar na Praia Brava. O Hotel é novo, charmoso e extremamente confortável. A cama é quentinha, o quarto limpo e travesseiros macios. A acústica do hotel é ótima! Café da manhã excelente e com boas variações (todos os dias tinha algo diferente). O restaurante do hotel também é sensacional. Comidas bem temperadas, gostosas e servidas em boa quantidade. A equipe do hotel é extremamente qualificada, é nítido ver a paixão por servir nos olhos e ações em cada um. Agradeço o Allan e toda sua equipe que fazem desse hotel ser um sucesso!

Fiquei hospedada 4 dias no Brava Mundo e minha experiência não poderia ter sido melhor! Localização excelente, tive um evento em Balneário Camboriú e o trajeto até o local foi super tranquilo! E mesmo em Julho, a praia estava ótima, bem próxima ao hotel. Funcionários atenciosos, desde o time da recepção, o time do restaurante, a Danielle e o Allan, Gerente Geral, quarto aconchegante e bem equipado (o chuveiro é maravilhoso e tem secador), comida excelente desde o café da manhã até o jantar com opções deliciosas! Obrigada a todo time! Foram ótimos dias no Brava Mundo e com certeza eu voltarei!

O hotel é um verdadeiro espetáculo! Excelente localização, refinado e de muito bom gosto, apartamento confortabilíssimo, havia musica ao vivo durante o café da manhã, equipe educada e cordial, enfim, excepcional!
