Ja me hospedei várias vezes neste hotel, mas desta vez nao fiquei muito satisfeita com o banheiro. O chuveiro acabava molhando o banheiro e fui obrigada a usar o tapetinho para enxugar e num proximo banho o tapetinho estava encharcado, alem de que ele estava bem encardido

Sou cliente Ibis ha anos, ja estive em varios hoteis da rede no Brasil e no mundo e pela primeira vez fiquei insatisfeito. Tem varios pontos que me incomodaram, mas, para nao tornar esse texto longo, prefiro citar o principal que foi o pessimo estado do aparelho de ar condicionado, item de extrema necessidade para uma noite de verao em Itajai. Aparelhos antigos com ruido absurdamente alto e com uma performance de refrigeracao horrivel. Cito aparelhos no plural por ter solicitado para trocar de quarto por tres vezes e TODOS estavam na mesma situacao.
Espero que esta minha experiencia tenha sido uma exceção e que logo eu possa retornar aqui para tecer elogios como na maioria das vezes.
