Instalações e café dentro expectativas.
Porém hora check-out, hotel informou que pagto pela trip não havia compensado, como se eu nao tivesse pago, mesmo mostrando comprovante cartão crédito e cartão check-in enviado por vcs, tive que pagar metade da estadia, que por sinal o total ficou 714,00 pagando diretamente pra eles , sendo que paguei pra vcs 860,00 na data 06/08 comprado antecipadamente pelo aplicativo de vcs. Ou seja pague quase 150,00a mais usando aplicativo TRIP,
Conclusão: atendente me informou que eu realmente ja havia pago, e que iriam me reembolsar valor pago.
Fico agora incerto de usar aplicativo Trip, porque sempre achei que não pagaria valor superior do que reservando diretamente no hotel.
