Terrível. Só pode ser piada este hotel ter uma avaliação de 9.2. Não dá para acreditar. Ruim em todos os sentidos. Paredes de chapisco, água fraca e demora uma eternidade para esquentar, nenhum isolamento acústico (isso significa que pessoas na rua falam e parece que estão dentro do seu quarto), a "cadeira" da mesa de trabalho é um banco sem encosto que dificulta muito, a Internet é ruim, canais de tv limitados ou quase nenhum.

Um bom hotel básico para uma cidade do interior. Não é um hotel típico de turismo, mas atende bem a quem precisa ficar na cidade a trabalho ou por algum outro motivo. Aparentemente é a melhor das opções de hotel em Itapetininga: perto do centro, funcionários prestativos, café da manhã justo e estacionamento que fica localizado à frente do hotel.

Hotel simples, faz jus ao valor cobrado, sem luxos, mas limpo e organizado. Os quartos são bem pequenos, cerca de 15m². O banheiro é OK, mas o espaço do box para tomar banho é bem apertado, mas estava tudo limpinho. A cama foi o que deixou a desejar, no nosso quarto tinha uma de casal e uma de solteiro. A de casal e bem pequena e era bem dura, deu pra perceber que era uma cama já velha. A cama de solteiro estava menos usada, então estava um pouco menos pior. O café da manhã não tem muitas opções, mas dá pra comer tranquilo. A equipe foi super educada e atenciosa. IMPORTANTE, todas as tomadas do nosso quarto (número 306) eram 220V.

Bom hotel. Nada que desagrade pelo preço cobrado. Banheiros reformados e com bom espaço e ducha de qualidade. Poderiam acrescentar pelo menos Shampoo, pois só tinha sabonete. Café da manhã bem simples, com poucas opções. Ótima localização no Centro. Ótimo atendimento.
