Terrible stay, i arrived at hotel @1040 pm, informed the hotel in the morning itself regarding late check in. Staff assured that there wouldn't be any issue. After my arrival they were not sure which room to give. After many discussions among themselves and waiting for 20 minutes i was given a room. I think it was in use. The cleaning staff mopped the room in front of me. And left the rest of the things like it was (no changing linens, dirty bathroom etc. Even the toilet was dirty. A very bad smell was coming from the toilet throughout the stay. Even giving 1 star is too much for this hotel. Roadside rs 300- per day hotel is far better than this

Property is good, staff behavior is also good but cleaning of bed sheet, pillow cover and toilet are not properly maintain.

Rooms and service is very good. Attached with pure veg. Restaurant. Location and amenities are good. But restaurant service is available after 7. 30 am only. It will be good if room service is available for coffee or tea from 5 am onwards.

I booked this hotel and got confirmation related from mmt. But hotel management denied to give rooms. Also i had not got any refunds from hotel & mmt.
